If you read yesterday's blog, you know that I had my nieces for part of the day yesterday. (It's either gonna make me a better mommy one day or keep me from going down that road. I'll let you know my verdict one day.) When their mom came to pick them up, she had a box in her hand...
Inside that Gigi's cupcakes box, my bloggy friends, held two of the most massive, beautiful cupcakes I have ever seen!
And yes, the title of this blog is correct. I ate, almost, all of the red velvet cupcake last night for dinner. I couldn't finish the entire cupcake but trust me I tried. So yummy, so rich and so very fattening, I'm sure. Hey, I did have a salad for lunch and nothing but part of that cupcake for dinner. I didn't touch the Cookies-n-Cream cupcake... it's in the fridge waiting for me when I get home. As for what I will be doing later tonight, walking. Walking until I can't walk anymore to hopefully burn off the most delicious cupcakes, ever! Thanks Gigi and please, please - do NOT open a store in Meridian.
This is so funny. We had the same thing last night. I just realized that this awesome little place is just minutes from my house!
