Loved and Lovely

I'm linking up with Ryan today over at Loved and Lovely. She's sweet enough to host this blog link up for us, and honestly it's a great way to remember the big and little things we should all be thankful for everyday! Thanks again Ryan!!

{I'm thankful} that we are going to Meridian this weekend. It's been a long time since we have traveled west to see our friends and family back home, and that's just what we are going to do.

{I'm thankful} that not only are we getting to see our families this weekend, but we are also taking time to visit with some friends.

{I'm thankful} for the Mr not being upset that we are Christmas tree shopping this weekend. While I'm sure there are thousands of places to buy one here, I trust my hometown Christmas Shoppe to have the best of the best, with the best prices. Plus, I get to hug a few more necks while we are shopping! ;)

{I'm thankful} that we make our own decisions and don't let others influence us. We know what is best for our little family, and that's the only thing we are concerned about. Whether it's right for others, that might not always be the case, but sometimes you have to make sure that you are looking out for you. Because if you aren't who is, right?

{I'm thankful} for our local McAlisters Deli. Yes, this might seem crazy to you, but the same sweet lady takes our order every week and she loves the fact that we have an MSU debit card. It's the little things,  y'all!

{I'm thankful} the Mr and I get to have lunch together everyday. We talk about our mornings, the plans after lunch and most of the time we laugh. I still remember what our preacher said at our wedding reception... the three things to remember in a marriage: communication, passion and forgiveness. Thankfully, we don't have a problem in any of those areas. =)

Hope y'all have a wonderful Thursday afternoon!! Weekend is almost here!! WHOO HOO!!!

  1. Yay!! So glad you linked up! :)

I can't tell you how jealous I am the you get to eat lunch with the Mr. every day. Micah works an hour away from me, so lunch dates are out of the question.

Hope you have a wonderful Friday!!!
