Winter White

Thursday, we had a beautiful, fresh coat of "the white stuff" that covered our state! Since it started coming down really good after lunch, both the Mr and I were back at our workplace (just a few miles apart), so I didn't get any pictures with him in our first Alabama snow. =( However, I did take some of the beauty that we encountered throughout our snow day. These are some of my favorites...




And if you couldn't tell from yesterday's post how excited I was to see snow... well, check out the "joy" in this face!


I really hope we get to have another day of this soon. The snow fell, stuck and melted all within three hours... but I still loved it just the same! And I really, really hope we are home when it happens again because I can't wait to see our home in a beautiful winter wonderland!
