Here is a look at our weekly meal plan for the first full week of February. We have a light week of cooking ahead. If you missed the post on  how we meal plan take a look, it will give you a little insight on how I come up with our meals.

Some of the most important conversations I've ever had occurred at my dinner table. 

{SUNDAY} SUPER BOWL SUNDAY Lots of appetizers, burgers and fries!!

{MONDAY} Grilled chicken, roasted red potatoes, salad and baked beans. (We've pretty much been having grilled chicken on Sunday or Mondays because I eat the leftover grilled chicken in my salads throughout the week.)

{TUESDAY} Breakfast for dinner!

{WEDNESDAY} Italian baked chicken, mac and cheese and cajun green beans.

{THURSDAY} Take out

{FRIDAY — SUNDAY} Celebrate birthdays for dinner!

What are y'all planning to have this week?


  1. Love breakfast for dinner! But, my bf is not a breakfast food guy! :( how do you make your Cajun green beans?

  2. Yum! All I have planned is lasagna. A frozen one. I hate cooking. And I need to go to the store! Oh - I have stuff for grilled cheese and tomato soup too! I need to work on my planning!

  3. Is your birthday right next to Terry's?!?!

  4. Chicken broccoli alfredo over egg noodles and black bean quesadillas with saffron rice are on our list this week!

  5. So....how do you make the cajun green beans and the italian baked chicken? They sound wonderful!
