She's all defense!

This past weekend, we were in our home state, Mississippi, to visit with friends and family. We always pack waaaay too much in those weekends we go back to our hometown because we want to visit with everybody. Sometimes it works out, and sometimes it doesn't. Thankfully this weekend, we were able to do it all, but we are paying for it this week! HA!

Saturday morning, we went to watch our youngest niece, Emma, play in her upward basketball game. If you were to ask me what kind of player she is... well, that's easy — she's all defense. However, she did manage to make the first basket of the game!! Go EMMA!

***Due to the speed of those 2nd graders, it was kinda hard to get good clear shots, but enjoy these fun pictures of defense, hussle, and a little ball action.***

 

I was wore out from looking through the camera trying to get some good shots, and I know she was wore out after the game because the only thing she wanted was nachos! And guess what, she got them! =)
