Thankful this first Thursday of February

Anybody can be happy when times are good. It takes a strong soul with real heart to develop smiles out of situations that make us weep. #lifelessons

{I'm thankful} we get to see sweet friends and family this weekend!

{I'm thankful} for friendships where we pray for each other's needs over our own.

{I'm thankful} Valentine's Day is a week away — not because of the gifts we give and/or receive, but because of what it that day is all about. LOVE. You don't have to be married, in love or in a relationship to enjoy the true meaning of that day. Everyone has someone out there who loves you for being you — friends, parents, co-workers... trust me, you are loved!  

{I'm thankful} the Mr and I have little tickle and whisper fights every night. They always end up in laughter and it's one of my favorite parts of the night.

{I'm thankful} I've been taking lots of pictures at work. It's one of my favorite things to do, and I enjoy every minute of the creativity. 

{I'm thankful} I read this post from Kelly on grocery lists. I'm pretty sure this will make my life and  shopping experience a little easier. Just an FYI... I usually make two shopping lists. One is where I write down everything we need throughout the week. And the other is where I put them in order of the store and isles I'm about to shop in. With this, I'm pretty sure I'll never need two lists again! Whoop!!

{I'm thankful} we have so much to look forward to over the next few months. It's always wonderful to have things on the calendar in advance and then have mini countdowns til they occur.

{I'm thankful} to follow some of the sweetest, funniest, craftiest bloggers out there! Y'all give me some of the best reads, best ideas, and some of the best smiles from cute pictures of kiddos and pups! I may not tell y'all everyday, but thanks for always lifting my days up!!
