the Sowell life's Friday five...
1) {Valentine's Day cards} We normally buy separate V-Day cards for our family and friends, but this year, everyone will be getting the same card. I decided to order from tiny prints for the first time! I'm so excited about our cards. They came in yesterday and are so cute, and we have LOVE stamps to send them out! #allyouneedislove
2) {More fun at the dentist} Y'all probably won't believe this, wait, who am I kidding y'all know my dental woes... that back temporary came off, AGAIN, for the second time! So I went back Monday to have it cemented back on. While I was there, a girl sat in the chair next to me, and she was having more work that I will be having. So, at least I'm not the only one in this situation. And Thursday, I had the second part of my root canal. Enough said, right?! #whyme
3) {Buy 2 /Get 2} I love when Publix (or any store) has a buy one get one sale. Well, Publix had a buy 2/get 2 on Pepsi 12 packs. And y'all know my love for Diet Pepsi (especially caffeine free since that's what I drink now) so the Mr and I stalked our Publix for three days, and they were sold out every time. So the lady at the front counter gave me a raincheck and told me to come back after the sale was over, and I could get them at the sale price! #cha-ching And Wednesday, we got my drinks!! 8 — 12 packs... I think I'm good for awhile!
4) {Valentine's Day Link Up} I'm hosting a link up on the blog next Thursday (Valentine's Day) entitled "the newlywed game - Valentine's Day edition" and it's a whole lotta fun for you and your significant other. 5) {Happy Birthday Jenny!} My girl Jenny is celebrating her birthday this Sunday. So y'all do me a favor and leave her some birthday love!! And tell her how you think she should celebrate her bday! Here's my answer: sleep in, then breakfast in bed, a fun lunch with Adam, some light shopping, and a big dinner party with friends and family!

ReplyDeleteTiny Prints has such cute cards! Nice deal on the soda. We never kept soda around until recently- our babysitter drinks the heck out of some Diet Coke! So we are on the lookout for deals. 8 12 packs might last a week around here :P

ReplyDeleteI feel for you with the dental problems. Well, my Mr. does really. He went to have a tooth filled a couple of weeks ago, wound up needing a root canal and has to go back later this month for a crown.
