A year ago today... The Reception

The Reception...

The day after we returned from Jamaica, my parents hosted a reception for us at my home church. That's right, I got to wear my dress, twice!! Plus, I had another bridal bouquet, we had another wedding cake, he had a groom's cake, and we got to take pictures with our family and friends!

And our little mini dachshund, MB, came for pictures, too!

And, it was also on St. Patrick's Day! So our colors were a sage green and beige. My mom and dad worked hard to make sure every little detail was complete. We had delicious food, and were so thankful for all the friends and family that helped make our reception one we will always remember!

I've loved every moment celebrating our one year anniversary and remembering our special days that included our wedding day, honeymoon, and our home reception. I hope y'all have enjoyed our look back at these specials days a year ago. And thanks again for all the wonderful congrats and wishes for many more! Y'all rock!
