Hi, I'm Joy and I...

... don't like mayo.

... am scared of heights.

... started getting gray hair at the young age of 16.

... still think thank you notes are important to send.

... am terrified of snakes.

... hate cleaning toilets.

... love a good rainy afternoon combined with a nap.

... love Thanksgiving.

... could probably eat a thin crust pepperoni pizza by myself.

... would rather have a planner to write in than use my calendar on my iPhone.

... sleep with two pillows.

... am a Candy Crush Saga fan.

... have never been to the circus.

... am not a shopper. Unless you take me to Sephora, Ulta or we go purse shopping.

... am a reality tv junkie.

... dislike rush hour traffic.

... think drama is for the birds, unless I'm watching it on tv.

... have an obsession with photography — especially instagram.

... like even numbers.

... just counted to see if I have an even number on this list.

  1. I hate mayo too. Ick. And you crack me up that you didn't number this list, yet still counted to make sure it was even. I am guessing you must listen at an even number volume on the radio too? It is totally normal, I do it as well. Or in 5's is OK also.

  2. I am SOOOOOOOOO with you on rather writing things down instead of using the calendar on an iphone. Have you ever heard of Erin Condren planners? I just ordered mine, an 18 month calendar. They are a bit pricey but are SO worth it. I basically live off my calendar in outlook that is connected to my work email, but with beginning to stay at home in the next few months I needed some other way of being organized and I prefer writing :) Look them up...they're awesome!

  4. Just had to say I also hate mayo and am scared of heights. You know I prefer my paper planner, too :)

  5. The iPhone planner doesn't compare to paper. Except I do have an Erin Condren planner and wish I would have stuck with a Target cheapie. You do need to get to a circus though, preferably with a kid whose company you enjoy - seeing their little face is as good as the show itself!

  6. I love a post like this when I'm new to a blog! I have to say if I found a gray hair at 16, I swear I would have passed smooth out! Hahaha! Because I found my first last year and I had wine for dinner. No Joke. LOL!
