Women, Laughter, Food, and Oils...

Anytime women get together, there's always a good time. Add some finger foods, and laughter... and you've got yourself a really good time. That's what our morning entailed on this Monday morning.

Our morning also consisted of a crash course in oils. A few weeks ago, I posted that I got a diffuser at Whole Foods. And a few friends on instagram asked me about it. I mentioned that I wanted to know more about the oils, and if they were interested I would have a get together at my home and invite Nancy over to give us all the details. We picked a date and time, and made it happen.  

Nancy brought her massage chair, oils and a wealth of knowledge when she came over today. I had a thousand questions, as did everyone else. Of course, we had all heard of people using oils, and maybe even heard a few wonderful things that they had done for others... but never really tried them for ourselves.

Nancy made everyone feel comfortable by first telling us that she wasn't there to sell us anything. She just wanted us to be informed, and then to make our own decisions about using oils. All of our questions were answered, and the ones she didn't know... she looked up for us. And after we had our little information session, Nancy gave us all a chair massage. Heaven, I tell you! Everyone grazed the food selection of sausage balls, pigs in a blanket, fruit, friendship bread and cake while the morning went on. And the kiddos enjoyed Halloween books and Mickey Mouse, of course!!

I decided that I wanted a few of the oils, and after looking at the cost of the few I wanted... I decided to buy the starter kit to get all the oils I was wanting, plus another diffuser and so much more. I'm so excited to get my kit in a few days!! Oh, and go figure my favorite oil is one of the more expensive ones... Jasmine!
